What DealSource Systems collects, why, who it goes to, and how to have it removed. Short version: this site stores nothing about you, and the one tool that touches your data is the booking calendar.

01Who we are

DealSource Systems is the private equity and M&A origination brand of Danish Lead Co, operated by Danish Lead Services FZ-LLC, a free-zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Danish Lead Services FZ-LLC, which is the controller of the personal data described here.

This policy covers the website dealsourcesystems.com. Work we deliver for a client is additionally governed by the agreement signed with that client.

Questions, requests, or complaints: frederik@danishleadco.io.

02What this website collects

Nothing, by default

These pages set no cookies, run no analytics, load no advertising or session-replay scripts, and serve their own fonts. There is no tracking pixel and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

The thesis box and the readiness tool

The mandate or thesis you type on the homepage, and every answer you give in the readiness tool, are handled entirely in your own browser. They are used to carry context into a booking link and to draw your readout on screen. They are not sent to a server, not stored, and not added to any list.

When you book a call

Our booking page uses Calendly, the only third-party service loaded anywhere on this site. If you book, Calendly collects the name, email address, and any answers you provide, and passes them to us so we can hold the meeting. Calendly acts under its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies within the booking widget. If you would rather not use it, email us and we will schedule by hand.

When you email us

We keep the message and your contact details so we can reply and, if it becomes a commercial conversation, keep a record of it.

03If we contacted you first

We run deal origination for our clients, which means we approach business owners, founders, and executives about a specific mandate. In that work we process business contact details (name, role, company, business email, company information) drawn from public sources and licensed business-data providers, on the basis of legitimate interest in business-to-business communication.

You can stop it at any time. Reply with "remove" to any message, or email frederik@danishleadco.io, and we suppress your details across the campaign that reached you and add them to our do-not-contact list so a later campaign cannot pick you up again. We will confirm when it is done, and we do not require a reason.

04Why we use it

  • To reply and to meet. Answering enquiries, scheduling and holding calls, sending what we promised.
  • To deliver our services. Running origination programmes agreed with a client.
  • To keep the site safe. Preventing abuse and diagnosing errors.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations. Where records must be kept.

Where the GDPR or comparable law applies, we rely on consent when you choose to contact or book with us, on legitimate interests for B2B outreach and site security, on performance of a contract when delivering to a client, and on legal obligation where the law requires records.

05Who it goes to

We share personal data only with providers processing it on our behalf, and only as far as they need it:

  • Netlify, for website hosting, delivery, and server logs.
  • Calendly, for scheduling, if you use the booking page.
  • Our email and internal systems, which hold the correspondence and the record of a conversation.

Where we run origination for a client, the replies and meetings produced by that work are shared with that client, because they are the point of the engagement. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with anyone.

06International transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our providers operate globally, so information may be stored or processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data moves out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

07How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking records are kept while there is an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship, and for up to 24 months after our last contact otherwise. Suppression and do-not-contact entries are kept indefinitely, because that is the only way to guarantee we never contact you again. Records required for accounting or legal reasons are kept for the period the law sets.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Email frederik@danishleadco.io to exercise any of these. We answer within 30 days, at no charge.

09Security

The site is served over HTTPS and carries no third-party scripts outside the booking page, which keeps the attack surface small by design. Access to correspondence and client records is limited to the people at Danish Lead Co who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we collect little enough that there is little to lose.

10Children

This is a business service for institutional and professional buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

11Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it, and material changes are noted here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
