What it is actually like here
We are a small, operator-led team inside Danish Lead Co. There is no layer between the people who design the targeting and the people on the founder calls. If you join, you do real work that reaches owners, and you own the outcome.

Principle 01
AI handles scale, you handle judgment
Our system maps markets, scores thesis-fit across 50+ signals, detects ownership and succession triggers, and drafts outreach. Your job is the part a machine cannot do: deciding what is worth sending, who is worth a real conversation, and how to handle a founder who replies. You are not babysitting a tool, you are the judgment behind it.

Principle 02
You own the mandate, end to end
The same person who builds the market map reviews the outreach and joins the calls. No handing clients to an account team and forgetting them. You stay close to the firm, the thesis, and the founder conversations from first contact through live origination.

We protect the firm's name
This is a referral-driven, relationship-led market. Nothing reaches a founder that we would be embarrassed to have sent under our client's name. We move at volume, but every message is checked by someone with deal experience. Quality of judgment beats quantity of activity, every time.

Quiet, institutional, no hype
We talk to PE firms, advisors, and boutique banks the way serious people talk to each other. No growth-hacker vocabulary, no inflated claims. If a thesis does not fit, we say so. The same standard applies internally: we would rather be precise than loud.
AI does the work that scales. Operators do the work that matters. We are hiring for the second half of that sentence.
Who we hire
The person who fits here
We care more about judgment and deal sense than a specific title on a CV. Some of our best operators came from advisory, sourcing, or sales roles inside firms like the ones we serve. What matters is that you can hold a real conversation with an owner and know what to do next.
You probably fit if
- You have real deal or origination experience in PE, M&A advisory, investment banking, or B2B outbound at a serious level.
- You can read a thesis and translate it into who to talk to and why, without being handed a list.
- You are comfortable working alongside AI as leverage, not threatened by it and not blindly trusting it.
- You write the way founders and owners respect: precise, restrained, no filler.
- You want to own outcomes for real clients, not sit behind a quota dashboard.
You probably do not
- You are looking for a high-volume SDR seat where the tool does the thinking.
- You want a defined script and no responsibility for what happens after the send.
- You believe more activity always beats better judgment.
- You are uncomfortable being the named person on a client call from week one.

We hire deliberately and in small numbers. We do not keep a long list of postings open to collect applications. When a seat opens, it is because a real mandate needs a real operator, and we want the right person more than we want speed.

An Origination Operator owns client mandates end to end: turning a firm's thesis into machine-readable targeting, reviewing every founder-facing message our system drafts, running the conversations that come back, and keeping the firm close to its own pipeline. You sit between the AI that scales the work and the owners on the other end.
