BigTable: 37 positive owner replies in under three weeks
The result
The fastest start we have measured
Sending began on 6 September 2026. Inside three weeks the engine produced 37 positive owner replies, and the first meeting was booked on 8 September, two days after the first email.
Measured as positive replies per thousand emails, this is the highest rate of any mandate we currently run: roughly four and a half times the average across our whole platform, which we publish in our benchmarks.
Why
What actually made it start this fast
Two things, and neither of them is the writing. The target definition was narrow enough that every company on the list genuinely fitted the thesis, and the owners in it were reachable directly rather than behind a switchboard or an intermediary.
A tight universe is the single largest lever on reply rate. It beats volume, it beats personalisation, and it is the part most programmes get wrong before a word is written.
The honest read
What three weeks does and does not prove
A strong opening rate proves the targeting was right. It does not prove the rate will hold, and we would not claim otherwise: early numbers reflect the strongest part of a universe, and every campaign eventually works through it. On our own measured benchmarks the median engagement produces three positive replies in its first 60 days, so a start like this is unusual rather than typical.
The number that settles it is whether the programme is still producing in month three. This one is three weeks old, and we will update this page rather than quietly leave the opening figure standing.
Figures are taken from our own systems and stated as measured. Where a number is a blended average across campaigns or variants, the page says so.
FAQ
Questions about this engagement
How fast did BigTable see results?
37 positive owner replies in under three weeks from the first send, with the first meeting booked two days in.
How does that compare to your other engagements?
It is the highest positive-reply rate of any mandate we currently run, at roughly four and a half times our platform average. We publish that platform average ourselves so the comparison can be checked.
Will that rate hold?
Probably not at exactly that level, and we would not promise it. Opening rates reflect the strongest part of a target universe. What matters more is whether the programme is still producing in month three.
